31 Days of Joy - Day 2 - What Joy Looks Like

This morning I woke up with a song in my heart and began to sing it out loud. The song shifted the entire energy and atmosphere in my home, my heart, and the start of my day. It also reminded me how much I love music and that listening to music brings me joy. For me, joy looks like listening to music and really allowing the music to permeate my entire being to the place where I can feel my mood lifting and a smile come to my face.


Yesterday, on day 1 of 31 Days of Joy, each of us defined joy for ourselves. Today, on day 2, each of us will determine what joy looks like for us. Take some time today for self-reflection to identify what joy looks like for you.
