 Wednesday Words of Affirmation

I believe words and language are important. The words we use can uplift us or they can bring us down. Words can build up our self-esteem or words can destroy the development of a positive self-image. I will share words that will affirm and lift us up. You can repeat these affirmations and make them your own to help reframe your thinking and develop a more positive mindset and response in the face of life's challenges.

I believe the words that follow "I Am" can shape how we think, how we view ourselves, and the way we respond in difficulties. Each week, I will share an affirmation to help us transform our thinking to develop a more positive mindset.

Affirmation: I Am Calm

In a society that seems to always be on the go or always on devices or focusing on multiple things at a time; it can be a challenge to feel calm. Over the next few weeks, let's focus on feeling of calm and engage in activities, like meditation that can help us to enter a state of calm and tranquility.
