31 Days of Joy - Day 7 - "Y"

On day 7 of 31 Days of Joy, we are going to focus on the Y in Joy. The stands for Yes. This holiday season, we are only going to say yes to those things that we want to. We are going to say yes to those things that bring us pure joy and happiness. We are going to say yes to those things that align with our values and belief systems. Most of importantly of all, we are going to say yes to love. Love for ourselves, love for our families and friends, and love for humanity. We are going to say yes to joy.
