30 Days of Gratitude - Day 17
On day 17 of our gratitude journey, consistency is the focus. Consistency builds strong habits that support a lifestyle where gratitude and thankfulness are present. Consistency is not about perfection, but regularly engaging in activities that support the lifesyle you desire where gratitude is displayed in your attitude and reflective of how you treat those in your life. Consistent practices over 10-21 days can build habits that become a part of your gratitude lifestyle.
So today, I challenge you to develop a consistent practice of expressing gratitude, whether that is keeping a daily gratitude journal or starting your day with stating at least three things you are grateful for.
