30 Days of Gratitude - Day 14



On this day 14 of our gratitude journey, we have spent two weeks together developing an attitude of gratitude and creating a more thankful lifestyle. They say it takes 10 days to develop consistent actions into habits that can change your life for the better. On day 14 of our journey, I am going to ask each of us to pause and think about how you were feeling at the start of this gratitude journey and how you are feeling now that we have been engaging in this practice consistently for two weeks. It may be a good idea to grab your journal and write your thoughts out on the difference you have noticed in your mood, attitude, and life since starting this journey and what you are expecting to receive from the second half of our gratitude journey. By now, you should have a pretty good list of things you are grateful for. Continue to add to that gratitude list and review it regularly as a reminder of the good things happening in your life.
