30 Days of Gratitude - Day 12



On day 12 of our gratitude journey, I am going to share a few action steps you can take today to continue to build a lifestyle of gratitude.


  1. Review your gratitude list each morning and evening to remind yourself of all the good things happening in your life.

  2. Encourage one friend or family member to join you on this gratitude journey.

  3. Give (speak) more loving, kind words to yourself and the people in your life.


A few days ago, we discussed being more generous and giving as ways to express gratitude for your blessings. I want to share that as you continue on this path of gratitude where you are more freely and openly being generous with giving to others, your life will become more satisfying and the blessings and provision you seek will pour in.
