30 Days of Gratitude - Day 11



On day 11 of our gratitude journey, we are going to take some time to focus on ourselves. It can be difficult to express gratitude or display thankfulness when we feel depleted or uncared for. So today, I challenge each of us to think of one thing we can do to take care of ourselves and/or engage in one self-care activity. This could be something as simple as listening to a favorite song or going for a 20 minute walk. Do something for yourself today as an act of self-care and gratitude for the person you are and the body you get to live in.


By this point you should have a pretty good list of the things you are grateful for. Remember to add one thing to the list each day and read over the list when you are having a tough day and need a reminder of all the good things happening in your life.
